Last May we were honored to be a part of a very special wedding day. Danielle + Terry tied the knot before friends and family at Sampson’s Hollow in Walland, Tennessee. Nestled in the Smoky Mountains on a century old farm is a wedding venue easy accessible for guests, but just tucked away enough from the traffic of Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We definitely took advantage of the panoramic views of the mountains. Some of our favorite photos are below and can be found throughout our social media outlets. Can you recognize any of them?
Danielle + Terry exchanged wedding vows on the porch of the Bonny Red Barn of Sampson’s Hollow looking out onto the mountains. The beautiful florals were designed by Melissa Tim Designs. From the bride’s fingernails to the color of the bridal bouquet, there wasn’t anything at this wedding without a little hint of purple.
After the ceremony we took the couple and their bridal party around the expansive venue property. Tucked in wooded areas were hidden little glens we used to photograph the couple individually, as well as with the entire bridal party. We then stole Danielle + Terry away for their couple’s portraits on a hillside overlooking the mountains. Aren’t they just breathtaking?
The reception was held in the Bonny Red Barn of Sampson’s Hollow just inside from where the ceremony took place. The couple did their first dance followed by the father/daughter dance and mother/son dance respectively. The dance floor then kicked off and this party train never wanted to stop. Danielle + Terry along with their friends and family danced and laughed the night away. You could just feel the happiness and joy everyone had in celebrating the happy couple.
The new Mr. & Mrs. Crowe was sent off through a tunnel of sparkles. Aren’t they just precious?! Thank you Danielle + Terry for taking us along on your journey to Happily Ever After!
